[hat to prepare 用意するもの]
1 large bowl 大きめのボウル
Hot water of about 40 degrees Celsius 40度くらいのお湯
1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar 大さじ1から2杯の砂糖
5 to 6 drops of essential oil ５から６滴のエッセンシャル・オイル
1 tea towel タオル
1️⃣Drop aromatic oil on sugar. 砂糖にアロマオイルを垂らす
2️⃣Add 1️⃣ to hot water in a bowl and mix well. ボウルに張った湯の中に1️⃣を入れよく混ぜる
3️⃣Dip your hands in 2️⃣ and rub them together. 2️⃣の中に手を浸し、揉みほぐす
